I started The Clean Halo for anyone quietly falling under the weight of life.
There was a time when I was so deep in a depression that my room piled up around me. I slept in a small corner of my bed, mess covering the floor, wondering how I would ever pull myself out. I know now how much even a little support can change everything — if someone had simply helped me clean my space just once, I would have grown in more ways than I could count.
That was only the beginning. As an adult, the weight came back heavier than before — survival mode, postpartum, family, all at once. And through it, I realized something that changed everything: a clean space doesn't just change how a home looks. It changes how you feel — physically, and spiritually.
We feel more at peace, more grounded, more ourselves in a space that is clean and in order. And sometimes we just need a little help to create that order, or to keep it — and that is completely okay. There is no shame in it. Only full love, and full patience.
